I found Americans Cup Inn to be comfortable and unique. The location for walkable exploring of shopping, dining and Newport harbor is great. The inn itself is quaint, cozy and enjoyable with small areas in which to read, watch TV, have Tea and a nice breakfast. Staff is most helpful and stored my luggage for awhile after check-out.

It was a great place to stay and very clean as well. The check-in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful in our queries for places to see and visit. The breakfast was very good and fresh and many restaurants and eating places are within the vicinity as the Inn was centrally located in downtown Newport.

The staff was excellent. We were able to check in early which gave us time to get settled before exploring. Nice room and modern bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast in morning. As it was convenient to many things would definitely stay again.

The bathroom was completely new and nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location was excellent - we went out for walks a lot and it was nice to have a room so easy to access. Parking was right across the street and is free starting Nov 1.

Wonderful place. The location could not have been better, it was right in the middle of all the great places to eat and shop. We were traveling with two little dogs and they accommodated us wonderfully in a small apartment right on the ground level. Everything was very very clean. Small kitchen and renovated bath with a nice rain head. Everything was great I want to go back!

Very nicely located on Mary st I’m Newport we had a spacious room very clean they had a nice buffet breakfast.The only negative was parking it can be difficult in Newport we paid 25.00 a night
