We arrived on 11/14/25 and was assigned room 421 and woke up this morning to water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom area. Very disappointed that we were assigned a room in the area of the building that has a history of leaking during rain storms. I feel we should be compensated for the 14th since the hotel is fully aware of the leaks during a rain storms The front desk was able to move us to a new room, 811. Great service, very nice people. Hotel fees way too high for what you get. Hotel itself looks and feels pretty rundown. It looks like this was a nice high end hotel back in the day. But it has not kept up with time. The hotel really needs a total renovation. And while the rate is competitive, it doesn't feel like you are staying in a nice hotel. So not worth it. Might as well stay in a motel.
