Vladimir assisted us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful! He answered all of our questions and provided excellent service, explaining everything the hotel has to offer. 10/10! You can hear the airplanes take off when in the room, the shower was hard to figure out how to turn it off, the only drinking glass if you want to call it that were paper cups, and when ask for a print out of my invoice the only things listed on it was the food and parking. I was told a receipt for the room would be email to me which wasn't when I checked at 10:45 pm, which I need to get reimburse by my company. And when I call to ask about it no one answered.
