Located in a convenient location with only a 5-10 minute drive to the closest beach.

This home has a convenient layout, the property features two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and high ceilings on the ground floor, along with a spacious loft that can serve as a third bedroom.
Newly renovated bathroom, with a second bathroom next to the laundry, polished timber floors, and split system air-conditioning in the main living area for your comfort.
You have your very own private balcony which offers glimpses of the lake through the native bushland and a private courtyard.

It is in a quiet resort neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
