Enjoy a getaway from City life to this 32 acre gorgeous home with lots of Privacy and amenities! Brand NEW 7 person OUTDOOR HOT TUB .. Absolutely gorgeous in the fall with colored foliage! House is nestled in the trees to create a gorgeous canvas! Enjoy your favorite book or beverage as you relax by the gas fireplace inside, sitting by the fire pit outside, or on the screen porches.

Pull up to beautiful grounds and plenty of outdoor area for exploring ! Picnic or star gaze under one of the Large Oak Trees on the property. There is a small pond on the property. It does contain some smaller fish. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you would like to fish.
(Seasonal) Memorial Day to Sept 30th. Enjoy the large Salt Water Heated private Inground Pool with small round area attached (we use this for the kids to swim in or just or relax and chat) surrounded by several seating areas to enjoy the serenity of the woods. Brand NEW Self standing Hot tub with seating for 7 is located next to the pool. (open year round) Has LED lighting, Blue tooth capability with 95 massaging Jets. Pool House is finished inside with Cedar Planks floor to ceiling with a bathroom. It also contains a large outdoor refrigerator for storing extra food and cold beverages. There is a screen porch attached to the pool house with comfy seating and a 65 inch TV for enjoyment. We have floating rafts and Pool toys for kids and supply pool towels ( one per person per visit) as well during pool season. Pool House will be open through the fall to enjoy the screen porch area.

Outside the fenced in and gated area we have a swing set for children to enjoy with picnic tables . There is also a large grassy area for cornhole and other outdoor games. (We Do supply one set of corn hole boards)

The 5200 sq foot House has an open concept main floor living area. There is a main floor master suite with views of the pool and wooded area, a Jetted jacuzzi tub, separate walk in tiled shower, and a large closet. Total of 5 BR with large comfy beds (4 Kings size and 1 Queen) and soft cotton linens. ALL Bedrooms have large Flat Screen TVs. 4 of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom attached. One of the bathrooms upstairs has a hallway door for the fifth bedroom to use as well. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Coffee and Coffee makers, some popular spices, Blendtec Blender, Toaster Oven, Crock Pot, Large Pots and pans, Baking sheets, Bake ware for the oven, and most all of the gadgets needed for baking and cooking. Another private screened- in porch is right off the kitchen with ample seating with view of the woods and pool area. Lower level has a Custom Bar and game room with Ping Pong table and Poker Table. The house is also equipped with other board games, toys for children, as well as a Pak and Play upon request. Theatre room has an 85 inch TV with Surround sound, theatre lighting, and Raised Seating with Leather recliners.

Roast Marshmallows outback or just sit back and enjoy our Fire pit with owner supplied wood for a cozy night time feel. Backyard landscape lighting will make the evening relaxing under the stars! A Propane grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Plenty of room on property for trailers and larger trucks to park.
Above the garage area has our farmhand in it at times working on the grounds. Please do not disturb.
