there was a mishap with the room (someone was in the one i was given) and with no double beds left they gave us two adjoining rooms which was a great solution the only reason it’s 4 stars is the fact i had to walk into someone’s occupied room

The Hotel is clean, and the staff are nice. However, my room was very noisy with the ventilation system for the entire hotel located in the bathroom, I had to shut the door to drown out some of the noise. The restaurant inside the hotel, very good.

Staff are rude, we talked to at least 6 different staff members during our whole stay and nobody seemed to care to be there or be helpful, young and old staff. Only one spanish guy that brought us a cot and helped us when we checked out was extra attentive to our care and was very nice. Rooms themself seem half renovated but nothing special, definitely on the bottom end of anything Wyndham, some old falling apart pieces and walls. Nothing to note that was like “Oh cool, that’s nice to have that.” Very surprised this was a 3 star hotel, as the 3 star standard is a Holiday Inn, and this is well below that.
