Overall, the place is very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff are helpful and friendly. The building and room are clean but may need some updating. Parking is not difficult. Will definitely stay here again.

The elevator was out of service on my arrival. The hotel has 2 elevators, management did not place the elevator out of service after they were notified forcing the out of service elevator to come instead of the working elevator. On my arrival, the front desk associate rudely assumed my room was not ready and in fact told me they had no rooms. I informed her i was advised the room should be available as my check in was yesterday and hotel mgnt advised they would not be able to refund my night based on my cancelled flight because i can check in during the morning. The front desk associate didnt apologize. At the front desk a guest reported she had ants in her room. I did not have ants. The property is aging and you can see the wear and tear. This property is okay, if i was staying in NJ again i would stay somewhere else.

Generally, clean, convenient, relatively quiet. There was a sort of church gathering there, which was welcoming. Breakfast was good, but could be better.
