The only issue we had is the carpet is too thick to use the luggage carts. If you have many bags it’s an issue. Other than that the hotel and staff were wonderful.

It was surrounded by freeway and adjacent to the airport, so there was nowhere to walk for food. It was either dine at a hotel restaurant or have food delivered.

Early morning flight
I stayed one night traveling from Long Island to Newark for an early morning flight back home. The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower very nice. Parking was easy in the gated hotel lot. I recommend this hotel before or after a flight due to the convenience and condition of the property. Very nice stay!

I was a late arrival and was charged a night stay. The staff were not friendly nor helpful. The building structure has damage. To say the least I would not recommend this hotel. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I was truly disappointed.
