The location is great if you are going to Broadway shows. The property needs to be updated. Bathrooms are I terrible condition. Our first night our bathroom began to get water coming from room the room upstairs. The next day they moved us to a room 5 floors down vs offering an upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and poor quality. At the bar the service is terrible. It took 15 minutes to get a server to take our order before our show. The only positive peros. Was our housekeeper, kind and attentive. We were in room 2233

This property was not clean. The lobby and location are great, but the rooms are dated and very dirty. Service was less than desirable. After numerous requests for coffee cream, we were sent a fridge, but no cream. We stayed for 4 nights and everytime our room was "cleaned" towels were removed and not replaced. We have stayed at this property before and it was great, but I would suggest booking a different property.

Staff was horrible. When checking in there was a typo on Expedia and the front desk threatened our other party that they wouldn’t be able to get their rooms. Valet parking is only available after 7 am First and last time we stay NYC Westin.

Great location. Built well enough to block out a lot of the New York street noise. Lost a star for the "Resort fee" but it was easy enough to get some value out of it by eating at the on site restaurant/bar. All in all a very pleasant experience.
