I booked a 2 bedroom suite that had a fridge, microwave, full kitchen. The room was beautifully decorated and very cosy chic--however, there were no utensils at all (no plates, no cutlery, no table ware, NOTHING). When I ordered food via UberEats, went to the kitchen and nothing to eat it with.
I tried to call the front desk--after several attempts someone finally picked up and said we had to come downstairs to the front desk to get paper plates and a set of cutlery. So I came down from the 18th floor, only to find out that they had no plates, so I was instructed to go to the bar to ask them for plates. This is a room that I paid $1700 per night for!! On the day of departure, I wanted to get a late (2PM) checkout--as a Marriot Bonvot elite member, I could request that perk. I tried for over an hour to call the front desk and the operator from my room, this time to no avail. I finally decided to go downstairs to talk to the front desk directly. Even though I was granted the late checkout, the hassle to get a hold of the front desk was just so ridiculous. I never ever leave comments, even when I have mediocre experiences, but I absolutely had to for this one. This was a very disappointing experience and a waste of my money.
