The room was beautiful and clean with many amenities. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and helpful without exception. Room service was quick and luxurious- set out like a real table service. I did not have breakfast at the property

This was our second time staying here at this hotel. The staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful. Our room (Deluxe King) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for our one year wedding anniversary which the hotel was very generous and thoughtful about helping us celebrate. Everything was spectacularly clean and having a balcony was wonderful. Modern amenities with a traditional and luxurious aesthetic. Rooftop bar is adorable and the staff were all so warm and helpful. Loved it!

The staff was amazing! The first night we got in very late and stayed in a lovely room but it was on a lower floor. I asked if we could get a room on a higher floor and they upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 26th floor. It was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The whole time the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We loved it!
