Perfectly situated
It was my boyfriend's 45th bday weekend! I loved that the hotel was per friendly, being a block away from the dog park, we were close to everything! Staff was amazingly attentive and friendly, so helpful! Restaurant inside the premises has great cocktail selection. I must give a shout out to Xavier, he was so welcoming and attentive! Will definitely be returning!!

Lovely hotel! VERY accommodating and close to everything. The interior decor has an elegant touch and the grab & go breakfast was so convenient for those on the go. Front desk staff was patient and granted all our requests (holding luggage, mini fridge, bottled water). 10/10 Highly recommend.

The customer service went above and beyond. Absolutely loved the room it was quaint, but spacious. I loved that we had control of the room temperature. I hate when you go into a hotel room and it’s set to a balmy 73. I loved that our room came with complimentary breakfast. The cafe was delicious. The happy hour at the bar was amazing. I would 10/10 stay here again.

Best art deco boutique hotel in NYC
The Evelyn Hotel was so beautiful inside. The rooms were very luxurious. The staff was so nice and helpful. We stayed 8 days and your breakfast is included from the cafe downstairs. Their food is so good and they were so nice and friendly. The location was the best. We walked everywhere from our hotel and used the subway. Right around the corner from the Empire State Building.

For a luxury resort, it did not have the luxury feel. They did not have a concierge so we had to use the front desk staff for questions and information and they were not always wanting to help. Rooms are VERY small but clean
