Within a minute of my reservation I found an error. I was booked one night instead of two. Called the hotel and they had no rooms available for the second night and would not let me cancel the reservation. We could heart all the fights and conversations in the rooms around us. Tiny and cluttered lobby.

The location is good. Close to the metro. Feel safe since there is a police station nearby. In general, the room is good, however, the AC is really loud, making noise all night.

Great location in the garment district, close to a lot of good shopping and easy to hop on the subway to get around. Lots of food options available nearby even late at night. The hotel room itself was nice, could use some updates here and there but just minor things that didn’t really bother me too much. They also have a self storage luggage room which is convenient. It does feel strange to leave your bags in this open room but we had no issues.

It was perfect for what we needed. A group of 7 ladies all staying together. We had a great trip and this hotel helped with that. The location was also great, we could walk to Times Square in about 15-20 minutes.

The room was clean and quite large. Bed very comfortable and any staff we had dealings with were helpful and pleasant. Reception area seemed rather dingy and did not really reflect the quality of the room. Only one member of staff on reception and consequently you could have a longish wait for enquiries, check in etc. Location good for train travellers with a short walk to Penn Station. Close to Maceys and a short walk to the High Line. Breakfast area was clean but not especially inviting. Luggage storage was available at no charge. Food was available at outlets close by if you like fast food. With the police station next door you feel pretty safe.
