Excellent location! The room wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, the sheets were dirty, as well as the floors and shower. As soon as I made it known to the property manager they apologized and had someone come clean. Check in was easy.

Within walking distance of Penn Station, The Empire State Buildings and various Subway Routes to reach most of the other NYC landmarks. Plenty of Dining and Entertainment options nearby.The rooms are small but that is to be expected for NYC studio apartments.

This is our second stay and we love the location. We like having a separate bed for our kids instead of shared spaces in a hotel room. The bathroom is small but functional. The only issue we had was noise from above.

Definitely call ahead if you need a check in before 4pm. Very small simple room but perfect if you’re just looking for a place to crash. Mattress was surprisingly comfortable. Proximity to Madison Square Garden was GREAT!

Authentically New York. Loved that the owner was super friendly and communicative. I was surprised at the closeness of the Empire State and Times Square. The walks in the AM were phenomenal. I definitely would book this place again!

This property was right in the middle of the city. It was in walking distance to so many things as well as the subway. It was a very safe area, the room was definitely small but was great for our stay. The owner stayed on constant communication when needed and corrected the tv issue immediately! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the city for a good time near the nightlife. My family really enjoyed this cozy room! I will definitely stay again when I return.

Not very big room but Amazing location and clean
It fully met our expectations: It was not a very big room but an amazing location (the Korean part of NY, a lot of places to eat), a clean room, and good communication. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids, and it was ok for us.
