Great staff hotel a little tired.
Pretty good location, although it feels a little sketchy nearby. Cross the road and you are in Soho, turn left and left and your heading into Tribeca. Staff were really friendly and had stuff going on in reception each day (Wine tasting, popcorn etc). Staff could not have done any more. Hotel a little tired, and room also. Rooftop area is nice with fantastic views and sunshine.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small considering price but clean and modern. It was the perfect base for our visit - great central location to explore New York. Could easily walk nearly everywhere or catch subway/taxi etc. Would definitely stay again.

we had the fortune of staying in a club level room with access to the rooftop terrace. the most stunning views of Manhattan, with an open bar, where you can even invite your guests to. Location is right next to Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown. The street is busy but it has perks like a 24hrs coffee shop on one side and a 24hrs smoothie bar on the other side. They also sell decent pizza you can take up to the terrace… Also, decent complimentary breakfast in the mornings (if you can wake up before 9)
