The location of the hotel was great walking distance to Times Square close transportation to the subway good location to go out to eat. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great location that pretty much is the only benefit…staff is horrible not sure what’s going on there but omg everyone we ran into or needed help they wanted nothing to do with it. We go to front desk for help and they would tell us to call the operator but when you call no one answers…rooms are a little dated and the couch we had in our room had no cushions …straight crazy and we talked to the housekeeper she said I told management but they don’t care lol hard pass please don’t stay here and take your money and family elsewhere

Clean room, be mindful of a 150 sur charge but they give you 35 dollar credit per day of stay. You can use it in the Starbucks they have in house. The proximity to everything was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh also no fridge. We struggled keeping our child’s milk cold. Outside of all those minor inconveniences. We really loved our stay. Staff is great. Housekeepers are extremely nice.

Amenities were not great. Room was much smaller than expected. But we were supposed to check in on 11/14 and we’re not able to get into our room until 3AM on 11/15. A manager was supposed to contact as requested but never did. There was no compensation provided by the hotel for this.

They made us wait six hours with my kids—no early check-in, no nursery room, nothing. And somehow the cleaning staff managed to mix up my child’s hoodie with the bed linens and took it. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
