I just checked into my hotel reservation through Expedia, and the room I received is not what I booked. The room is much smaller than advertised and not clean. This is not acceptable, and it does not match the description or photos listed on Expedia. I have taken photos to document the condition of the room. I’ve already spoken with the hotel staff, but they have not been able to provide a suitable solution.
They gave us the wrong room it was supposed to be the king deluxe or “double king room”
The bed sheets were dingy and miss colored
There where mold like discoloration along the walls for the room and bathroom
This is the shower floor we had to find slippers to wear in the bath
