Room was clean. However when I came to check in, front desk informed me that the system was down. Decided to wait it out. Witnessed a guest come in and purchase a room for the night, however no one updated me as to whether problem was fixed. Told them I'll be back because I didn't feel like waiting any longer. When I finally checked in later that evening, found out TVs have no apps, so all we could watch were the local channels.

Horrible stay here. Staff was rude to us hair on sheets and no running water when we stayed. We refused to stay another night due to the water Ramada refused to reimburse us and kept our money. Will never stay again. Be careful booking there they don’t return your money.

No microwave in room made it very inconvenient to warm our food where we have to go down 3 flights of stairs every time we want to warm up anything. Also broken elevator and we have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to room carrying our luggages and stroller made it so very difficult for us to get to the room. The bathroom has no heating if we close its door. Water pressure is too strong and the sink clogs made it so inconvenient to wash my face and the water wouldn’t drain which leave the sink looks very dirty 😩. For the price it’s not worth it to stay here.
