Very small rooms but to be expected. First 2 nights 1 elevator was out of service so long waits to grab the elevator. But 3rd night was very quick to get upstairs. Nice area and seems safe. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Would reccommend.

Even though the room we stayed in was very small, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Mohammad at the door was extremely friendly every time we interacted. The hotel also had a great location.

Probably was clean and rooms were a decent size for 1 and it’s very close to penn station for easy transportation around the city . The only con is that it was be very noisy at night from the traffic outside but other than that I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay somewhere close to Times Square and close to penn station

Need to replace all electric plugs and usb plug in receptacles. Also air conditioning unit was very loud. We had to have the TV repaired twice during our 5 night stay. $5.50 for a bottle of water was ridiculous. Front desk staff were well trained and friendly.
