We are in our 80s and had to shut our bags up to our room because you don’t have luggage storage or even a luggage cart… ! I prepaid for a sweet and was told I had to take a regular room, but it was gonna be the same price so I lost $100 on that deal. Good morning shuttle was a nightmare. I don’t even want to start with that. You have a lovely hotel, but I’ll never stay there again because of the above problems however, in the bar, Cheryl was an absolute dream and made our evening very comfortable and happy but you need to get a damn luggage card and a place to store luggage so that people who are older don’t have to schlep their bags all over the place😡 plus I wanna refund my money because I didn’t get the receipt that I ordered a prepaid for you are not a Hilton that’s for sure

Staff was ok but certainly not the most friendly nor helpful. There is no reason to choose this hotel. Continental breakfast is a given these days but not at the Doubletree. They charge $25 per person for breakfast-which is beyond ridiculous and the place was empty so I’m sure others agree. Best part was the shuttle back to the airport.
