Great stay!
It was a beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. There were 5 of us and we had room to spread out and be comfortable. The (fully stocked) kitchenette was great so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. My only complaint is that there was no fan to help drown out noises at night.

The hotel is in a very good location. It’s clean, a little dated, but fine for what we were doing there. And spacious enough for 4 people which is hard to do in a NYC hotel room.

Radio City Apartments is in a great location for sight seeing. It’s walkable to Times Square, Broadway shows and even a nice walk to Central Park. The staff were great and we felt safe. It’s a bit dated but clean. My only reason to not give 5 stars is there is no temperature control in the rooms. Even though it was cold outside we could not cool the room down even with the windows open and then it was noisy with the sirens and honking cars but aside from that I’d stay here again but bring a small travel fan to circulate the air. Really great location!

The hotel is in a great location — very close to Radio City Music Hall & Rockefeller Center! It’s in a quiet, safe area on 49th St. Overall, the hotel was very clean. You can tell the building is older. The hotel is connected to an Italian restaurant. The staff was very friendly. 2 negatives from our stay: our room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia or their website, & there was a white stain on the couch. It was also difficult to open the door to get into our room. The knob was difficult to turn. Not safe if you’re trying to get into your room quickly.

WOULD definitely stay here AGAIN!!!
Our stay was AMAZING!!! Location was EXCELLENT for Broadway & Times Square. VERY Central to everything. We could walk almost everywhere we went! Property is CLEAN, convenient, and the staff was GREAT! Very friendly, helpful, and had lots of good answers to our questions on what to do and where to eat nearby. I would totally stay here again & would recommend it to family & friends!!

My stay at Radio City Apartments was flawless. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The rooms are lovely, and come complete with everything you need, except food---the grocery stores are a block away. It's like a home away from home!!!

The shower at the hotel was a disaster because there was no way to adjust the water pressure, and if I wanted the water to be warmer, I had to turn the pressure up really high.
