First time at the RIU and everything was perfect. Busy hotel but lots of elevators that were always in service. Great location close to theatres and lots to eat nearby. Breakfast is so worth it, cereal, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit and usual eggs and bacon. we didnt eat again until dinner. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Didnt hear the neighbors once for the 4 days we stayed. Lots of towels and nice to have a fridge. Bed was comfy and heating AC worked well. Staff were alway polite and smiling. Riu is now our future go to for NY Broaway trips.

Absolute 10/10. Very friendly front desk staff, Danny was awesome and helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous. So clean and PLENTY of towels lol. Shower was huge and had amazing water pressure and the water gets hot (you never know these days). And of the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I will certainly be back here next time I need to stay in the city.

The staff at check in were a bit grumpy. The rooms were ok, very basic and uncomfortable beds that slide when bumped into. Breakfast and hotel amenities were good.
