I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and it was a disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were cold and unhelpful. Any request I made felt like a burden to them, and their lack of hospitality was evident throughout my entire stay.
Major disappointment was the room itself. The pictures on the hotel’s website are clearly photoshopped, as the actual room looked nothing like the images online. The condition of the room was far worse than bad. The walls were visibly dirty,with stains and marks that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was equally filthy,leaving me reluctant to walk barefoot. To make matters worse,several of the electrical outlets in the room were not functioning properly, making it a challenge to charge my devices. Only one outlet worked. When I reported the issue, I was told a mechanic would come by within 15 minutes, which seemed reasonable—except this was at 10 pm. After waiting an hour,I called back only to be told that the mechanic couldn't provide any specific time for the repair,I should just keep waiting, possibly until the next day. This was incredibly frustrating—especially as I didn’t come to New York to sit in a hotel room waiting for repairs!
There was no attempts to follow up and fix the outlets, compensate or any compliments.
For the price I paid,I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts. I would not recommend staying here!
