I almost overlooked this hotel because of the guest rating. I’m so glad I took a chance. It is an older building but it has been updated. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The room was large and the staff was AMAZING, super friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Yogh at the front desk is terrible. Ruined our whole trip. As a business owner, I would have fired him immediately. He doesn’t listen to customers at all and responds in a sarcastic/rude way

Mr. Justin at the front desk was the highlight of our stay. Quick convenient getaway with many walking distance food options. The room could have been a little cleaner, and the tvs are super outdated, and there is no microwave on site. 4/5 would stay there again.

I didn't think the description of the cheapest room was adequate. The online pics were better than reality. The lobby is beautiful & you can tell that some walls & halls have been updated, or are in the process of being renovated. The room I changed to had better carpet than the first room I was in & the first room had a terrible bed. It's an old hotel, so I understand but the floors of the elevators are all damaged but at least they worked well.
