Terrible Property the carpet and bathtub was old and the whole room smelled of sewage. I would never ever go back there. The bathtub was rusty. The floor was broken in a lot of places and we felt like we’re gonna fall through the floor absolutely not worth the price they had a lot of stop work notices from the city Expedia, you should do your job and do diligence before renting out such a place

My room smelled like smoke. There were holes in the wall. The mattress cover was dirty. The bathroom door was missing a latch. The hotel room door had a gap so you could look into the hallway. I checked out immediately and they still charged me a night's stay.

Very convenient but needs a facelift
It’s an extremely convenient hotel and perfectly adequate. But our AC unit was very loud. The floor was uneven—seemed like they’d just put the carpet over an old repair that wasn’t finished. I’m not fussy but when you pay more than $350 for a room it seems like the floor should not make you trip.

My recent stay at Night Hotel Broadway in NYC was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our first room was so filthy and smelly that we immediately requested to be moved, but the second room wasn’t much better. The furniture was stained, the air was musty, and the whole place felt neglected and unsanitary. The staff, unfortunately, didn’t help the situation. Every time we approached them, they were seated, glued to their phones, and completely disinterested in assisting us. Their lack of professionalism made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by asking for basic attention. To make matters worse, the hotel’s layout was confusing and poorly designed. Our room was hidden behind a grimy, unmarked door, which felt more like a staff area than part of a hotel. The elevators were old, rickety, and felt unsafe, adding to the overall sense of neglect. After just one unbearable night, we cut our stay short. We had booked for three nights but happily walked a mile down the street to another hotel, which was far superior and roughly the same price. Avoid Night Hotel Broadway at all costs. The rooms, service, and atmosphere were all appalling, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
