Nice hotel, super helpful staff, location as good as it gets if you’re tourists like us, clean and quiet room. Room for improvement on the elevator system. Smart idea for safety but not quite practical.

Charming petite oasis!
The hotel was a quiet hidden oasis from the busy and bustling Times Square. They offered water bottles easy day and accommodated an electric kettle when we wanted to make tea! The chic lobby and restaurant were also great to relax after walking the whole day. I will be coming back to stay in this lovely little place!

Hotel was in a convenient spot. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel has a nice gym to use when you feel like getting a workout in during your busy schedule. They gave us complimentary water and snacks everyday and cleaned our hotel room. The only complaint that I have is the room was small and the tv was in an awkward position. Other than that, I would recommend staying at the Motto!

Great stay! Conveniently located for subway, bus, and walkability. Just around the corner from Times Square, Broadway plays, The Rockefeller, and lots of both dining options and grocery store. Easy .5mike walk to Central Park and even discounted city bike pass to use in the park & area. Can’t say enough good about the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort & our safety. Room was efficient, quiet, and well thought out. Highly recommend!
