I am incredibly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Everything was fine until the checkout on Wednesday when I was given a paper receipt and noticed they had charged me for an extra night of parking. I have no idea why this happened as we only parked for one night.
When I approached the woman at the reception to explain the situation, it should have been simple to resolve. Instead, she kept asking me the same questions repeatedly and acted as though she didn’t believe me. Despite me clarifying that we only used the parking for one night, she insisted on calling the parking service to verify, which was unnecessary and frustrating.
What was even worse was her attitude throughout the interaction. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and even said, "You're confusing me," when there was nothing confusing about the issue. It was a straightforward mistake. At the end of our conversation, when I took the paper from her, she reacted by loudly telling me, "DON'T SNATCH THE PAPER FROM ME!" This was completely inappropriate behavior towards a customer and only made the situation worse.
I left the hotel feeling angry, disappointed, and disrespected. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I advise others to think twice before booking here. Customer service should be a priority, and that is clearly not the case at this establishment.
