This hotel doesn’t look anything like the photos! Very dirty, old and needs a major remodel!! When booked a standard room, just be prepared you won’t get what’s in the photos!! Only good thing about it was the location, but everything else was just terrible and won’t be staying here again!!

The staff were incredible and very accommodating. The Millieun is a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it for excellent access to shopping, dining, and the theatre .

Arrived at 1:30. Check in was at 4:00 so left our luggage and shopped. Came back at 3:45. Still no rooms ready. 4:00 No room. 4:15 No room. Lady at desk kept checking computer but never said what the problem was. At 4:00 she suggested we leave our luggage and explore the city. She did give us a key to the bathroom. 4:31 we got key to the room. But no apology. Checkout was worse.

It was absolutely terrible! Rooms look miserable and disgusting. There was mold In the bathroom sink. The toilet took forever to flush and the toilet water ran throughout the night! The site through the window of my room was messy and had piles of trash and needles as if drug addicts stayed there. The staff were extremely rude along with their front desk security. The towels were dirty and the mattress were bigger than the actual bed frame. So it seemed like you were falling off the bed and lastly it was all carpet and it looked like it wasn’t vacuumed or yet alone deep cleaned for years.

The room wasn’t anything like the photo burns on the carpet the nightstands and such were marked up quite a bit very good view from the 37th floor of course not much to look at no restaurant on site right next-door to Starbucks and parking right across the street great location for Broadway or off Broadway. Practically in the heart of Times Square so that’s pretty good. I’ll probably stay there again, but I wouldn’t expect a great level of comfort if cleanliness is what you’re looking for. At least that’s what my room quality was poor. At least the sheets were clean.

Pros: 1) Great walkable location: easy to walk to Broadway shows, Times Square, restaurants, etc; 2) Attentive staff; 3) Area felt safe because hotel doormen inside and outside the front of hotel Cons: 1) Hotel furniture is very old and needs updating; 2) Electrical outlets did not work properly. Phone charger kept falling out of socket
