It should offer something, as a resort, other than restaurants and bars. A spa or indoor hot tubs would have been nice. The pool was great. However, it’s New York so everything is available nearby.

I had many bad experiences at this hotel, from check-in to check-out. Firstly, the rooms were very small and the toilets were not cleaned properly, which surprised me; Secondly, the hotel's front desk attitude was very arrogant and did not clarify that the $300 deposit was due to other hidden fees. This hotel has a great location, but the overall service is poor. The rooms are extremely small and not worth the money. I will never book this hotel. Avoid this hotel if you come to New York. Online showing as four-star is actually similar to two-star.

A couple things that i can say was negative was the elevators it took too long to get an elevator and the pool wasn't heated other then that it was great.

I love the hotel and will come back...I just wasn't impressed with the bar tender one night,he was playing on his phone which i had to wait like 10 minutes to get a drink..He wasnt busy just on his phone...
