Our visit was exactly what we needed. A clean, somewhat close hotel to Manhattan. It was nice to return to the hotel to a clean room with a bottle of wine. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was a definite bonus! Well done.

We received a surprised upgrade and it was wonderful! The suite was spacious & very clean with an amazing view. The staff was super friendly. The location is also great with many food & shopping options within walking distance. Would stay again & would definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. 24/7 tea and coffee in lobby and free shuttle service every 30mins is such a help. Only problem was the sound of the planes until late almost every five minutes but it being so close to the airport it is to be expected. Would return if flying out of LGA again :)

LaGuardia area hotel
Good value for the price. There is a bit of a long walk and no bell service. The upgrade to the suite was nice and it is very spacious. it was a very easy ride to LaGuardia airport.

Walking distance to subway line 7 which will take you right to tome square where you can walk right to the city … also transfers available to other subways from time square to explore other parts of the city, walking distance to the market and stores, Starbucks 4 min walk, small store next to the hotel, coffee / tea available at the lobby and free shuttle to LaGuardia airport, very convenient, clean hotel, breakfest could have more to chose from for the price that you pay ( our was included in a rate ) but store next door have breakfast ( hot breakfast available) so that’s convenient. Around food is Chinese mostly ( it’s Asian area ) but it’s safe to walk around even at night … traffic is bit loud but not too bad for the city … great place !

Loved this place.
Great stay, they treated us very nicely and even gave us an upgraded room which was HUGE. My only complaint was that the heater/ac unit was very loud. So loud my wife asked me to turn down the heat to keep it from starting. Other than that, it was perfect.

The property itself was very clean and decorated for the holidays. We were upgraded to a suite. The room was very nice and spacious. The king bed was comfortable. You can hear some street noise. The staff were excellent.
