Stayed to meet my son and early Christmas shop Got upgraded (free) to penthouse and enjoyed rooftop access to skyline and quiet room! Shower was a little tricky but honestly this was fantastic Stowed my suitcase to shop etc my checkout day and quick, clear directions to penn station and airport

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff offers luggage storage. Room and bathrooms are spacious. They also offer a water bottle with free refills of filtered water or sparkling water in various flavors. It was a really nice gesture.

The staff were very nice and welcoming! They gave us recommendations since we did travel during early November! The room was clean and they were very attentive when it came to housekeeping! It was in a great location walking distance from just about everything and very easy to get to the stations! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Overall a good experience. The hotel location is ideal for walking around the city; it was easy and convenient. There is a subway station on the corner by the hotel. I called to request early check in and was told no problem. When I arrived to the hotel at 1:30pm I learned that check in before 4pm is a $50 fee, so I opted to leave my luggage there and check in later. They did let us check in at 3pm for no charge which was nice. The beds are very firm and not the most comfortable mattress. There are no blackout shades which made sleep difficult if you prefer a dark environment. I wore ear plugs to drown out the noise from the city. The room was not exceptionally loud but you will definitely hear honking, sirens and construction late into the night. They give you complimentary water bottles at checkout and have a water filling and coffee station on the 2nd floor which is nice. However, the coffee machine was broken one day which was annoying. Staff were all very nice but when I requested extra pillows to my room I got questioned by a manager who (I think) suspected I was trying to sneak extra people into my room. I just sleep with extra pillows which I don’t think is too big of a request. Overall, would I stay at this hotel again: yes. Was it my favorite hotel stay: no. They could make some improvements.

All staff we met was excellent from front desk staff to maintenance staff, very attentive, kind, and helpful. Room was clean and nice feel to it. Their convenience room has a nice espresso and water dispensing machines for all water/coffee tastes out there, which was extra. Their roof top has a great night scene and you can see the empire state building very close.
