The location was convenient for the subway and walkable to so many things. As expected staying central downtown was loud all evening. The constant horns honking, sirens, traffic going through and people filing through. Nothing that the hotel could control. The service at the hotel was great

Really enjoyed my stay at the Kixby. The room was larger than others I have stayed in and bed was very comfortable The staff are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Times Square and so many attractions. This will be my go to midtown hotel now. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute boutique style hotel. It was a block from Macys making it a great place to walk from to area attractions and Metro access. It has a restaurant and bar along with another restaurant next door that we frequented for food and drinks. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and bathroom had nice comfy towels and amenities. We really enjoyed this hotel and we recommend this place for future stays

We absolutely loved staying at the Kixby...rooms are clean, updated, and everyone was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect as well, especially close to Penn Station and Flatiron. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to everything midtown. A subway just down the street but very busy 24/7 meaning quite noisy at night but that’s NYC. Hotel rooms a good size, bed’s very comfortable and amenities great. I look forward to coming back in the future.

My Kixby key woes
Been at the Kixby a few times but unfortunately this wasn’t my favorite stay. My room key wouldn’t work on multiple occasions either at my hotel room door or on the elevator which was a bit frustrating because I had to go to the front desk to get it ratified. Staff were pleasant as usual and very helpful

It’s fine.
It’s a little pricy for this type of hotel but everything thing is expensive in nyc. It’s not my first choice when I go back but I would stay again if needed.
