No spa is an issue for me but service at the hotel is very average. At breakfast I asked for coffee from closest waiter and he said that he is not my waiter. Just an amazing statement from a very untrained employee. Then I lost my cell phone so I asked them to check security camera and the guy said his boss is in. A meeting so I explained that I had to leave but all they wanted my cell so they call me lol Wanted my cell number to the cell that it was lost so they can inform me if they find it or not.

Overall decent place to stay in Midtown. We found it convenient enough to go to Grand Central for trips to the US Open. Good dining options close by of all varieties. Shower head had some dirty looking hard water deposits clogging holes on it and overall water pressure wasn't great. Tile floors in bathroom and entry to rooms are extremely slippery.

Thanks for the upgraded room! We had the best time on our mother daughter trip. Charlotte is still raving about the heated floors and all the *gold* in the bathroom. Oh, and the bed was heavenly. We had the best sleep ever. Thank you!
