Great staff, mediocre hotel
The hotel is in a good location near MSGand the staff are friendly and courteous. The problem we had was the incessant noise of the air conditioning units in the suite (rooms are much smaller than they appear in photos). They rarely stop and the room rattles making it extremely difficult to sleep. Aldo there are only 2 elevators for 26 floors. You can imagine what wait times can be like during busy periods. There are much better accommodation options in this area.

My only issue with the property was I could have sworn the description said a refrigerator was included which was not the case Major subway connection only two blocks away. Short walk to Times Square

Overall brilliant place to stay especially from a tourist perspective as most things are on your doorstep. The staff are amazing, so so good infact I can’t vouch for them enough especially two younger women who helped me move rooms when I first arrived. The breakfast is good and worth the money but there are a lot of good breakfast spots nearby too. Beds are comfy, showers are great. The gym is average, no free weights just a lot of cardio equipment and then cables which you can do a lot of different things on and make do. All in all I would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. The elevators were not always working or should I say at night only 1 was working making wait times long. The night guest service was not always available. They keep you on hold for long periods of time.

I was in 795 front of hotel on 36th. The trash pick up every early am from appx 3:30 to 5:30 is intense… I thought it was heavy machinery fixing the street until I got up to see for myself. I will ask for the back of the hotel next time!

I like the hotel, it was nice and clean but the only thing that I didn’t like was the elevator. It takes so long just for the elevator to get to your floor no matter what floor you were in.

I thought this hotel was close to everything I wanted to do on my first NYC trip. I knew rooms would be small, I am usually not picky with hotels, as it’s just a place to sleep at night - however, the elevator was a little slow and would open and shut a handful of times sometimes before closing and taking you to your floor.
