View was good, guest services was very good. AC in the room was a little warm, but we were able to open the window. Enough space to be comfortable for our visit, but smaller than I am use to. Dont really have any complaints.

Clean comfortable room, quiet from street noise(we were on 26th fl). Good location for shows, subways. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, breakfast room was very busy around 8:30-9 am, hard to find a seat, but staff did a good job of filling items & clearing tables. We would stay there again.

I think standard rooms need bars in the rooms or some. The accessible rooms are nice in that they have bars and a shower roll in but the beds for somebody that’s limited in mobility are too low. I don’t care if ADA says the limit measurement is met. I complained at least two or three times about it if the standard rooms have been available with bars, I would’ve changed. The dining room was too full. The time probably needed to be extended to 1030.

Room was spacious, we liked the kitchenette and also extra space for the couch, it was pretty generious. Only negative thing was breakfast, only coffee and bananas/apples were good rest not eatable

Breakfast was plentiful and different each of the 2 days we were there! Service there and at front desk and bag check - extremely friendly and helpful! It is an extremely busy hotel when we were there mid October (and front desk said it’s normal:). Location is perfect for seeing shows! We walked everywhere up to MoMa area, felt safe and walking was easy. AC was not the quietist, but turned on our brown noise and it was fine. Bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was a pull out couch. Bathroom clean and kitchen well appointed, with micro plates, bowls, mugs etc - so appreciated for warming up coffee and leftover/take away breakfast meals. Will stay here again!

Good rooms and staff. Lifts didn’t work well either at all or took ages. Had to take the stairs down 18 floors. Breakfast is a nightmare with limited space for guests.
