We reported that our remote control wasn't working 3 times. The problem was never resolved. The 2 elevators were very very slow, and upon returning one night we had to walk up 10 floors because they were not working at all, we are seniors. The coffee pot wasn't working properly. Not a big deal but the bathroom door wouldn't stay open and neither would the drawer on the night stand. It was like the room sloped and gravity pulled them open. It is such a great location but things really need upgrading.

Hey, it was the quintessential New York experience. The elevators were fritzing repeatedly and we had to either cram into the one working one or walk up 8 storeys. I thought that was fun. They have a great breakfast. For real, it was awesome. Room is tiny, but the view was iconic. Got those New York vibes through and through.

I was in Room 116- right by lobby, breakfast room and prep area, ice machine. It was loud 24/7- guests or staff talking loudly, sounds of ice machine dumping ice constantly, breakfast prep early in morning. Literally impossible to sleep. Breakfast area was too overcrowded.

They gave us a room in the basement, where employees were using the vacuum at 11PM and then mopping loudly at 6 am, besides yelling and kicking with each other and was impossible to sleep. They move us to the 9th and 11th floor, which was good for 5 nights

Staff ! Front desk were always very helpful and kind. The food staff were rockstars’ all of them. It gsets crazy busy at breakfast and they installed new coffee dispensers and of course they didn’t work as planned. Everyone came together managers, and staff to solve the problem!
