This hotel is less crowded people than in the center of time square and foods a little cheaper and more convenient and more choice but the hotel carpet must be clean because it’s very dirty when you are going to the shower so you can see your feet is dirty

We are two old people in our 80's they let us wait to check in after 3pm even though we requested earky check in on arrival. The front person was very rude and unprofesional of the circumstance. I will never stay here again.

Awesome location! Breakfast area is super small, there were never any open tables. We ate in our room every morning after picking up food downstairs. The room felt really humid also.. not sure if AC was broken. Staff was very friendly though! I would consider staying here again.
