Stay at the desk did not inform us about the Rules with taking the rental car in and out. Even though I had paid for valet, there was an additional changes required if you wanted to bring your car back to the premises. Seems to me that should be something that is explained to you once you inform the staff about your vehicle.

We are staying in NYC for 3 nights before our cruise. I would recommend this hotel. It is in a good location for visiting Times Square, close to shopping, and delicious restaurants. We loved The Emporium Brazilian restaurant that's very close. It was delicious. We did not have the $25pp breakfast. The eggs were not "real" eggs. They were the typical powder eggs. No thank you. For breakfast I would recommend The Stardust! Lots of great places around to eat.

The rooms are small but to be expected so close to Times Square. Our room had a strange smell and we suspected the aircon. It gave my wife (asthmatic) some issues but the management kindly provided us a different room for the remainder of our stay. Close to Times Square and no other issues otherwise.

When I got there, key cards in general were down, and my room was not ready. Staff was helpful in supporting the situation. Also at night the fire trucks were out and noisy. To be fair, I was only there for one night and all this stuff happened, but it was very inconvenient. Otherwise, hotel is in a great spot and the staff was very helpful.
