When I booked this hotel was kinda nervous because the reviews were not great but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! The staff was very nice and friendly and the room was very clean and also quiet! I really enjoyed this hotel and will definitely book it again when I come back to Boston!

Bed was uncomfortable but location was fantastic. Shower and toiletries were great. Elevators were fast which is good in a high rise building. Staff was nice and friendly. Coffee was good.
