The hotel is a comfortable property in the heart of Midtown. Convenient to Grand Central for subway and airport transfer. The neighborhood is safe and with shopping & dining options within walking distance.

The check in was terrible. The clerk tried to tell me I had a $60 when I was paid in full. She had to call a manager. They blamed a new software you have. Then the key they gave me didn’t workin the door and I had to come back down from the 15th floor while I was rushing to leave for an event. The hallway outside my room must have been 90 degrees. And the cold water faucet in the bathroom sink was only a drizzle. There wasn’t even a tiny fridge to keep a bottle of water in. All this for $600 a night!

We did not like the plastic cutlery and paper plates which we were obliged to use for our breakfast. Also the dining area was quite stark and not cosy or inviting. The accommodation was excellent and very well cleaned and serviced. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room and the toiletries provided were excellent

Nice room, not overly big! But was only two of us, no view from the window but didn’t matter to be honest. Staff were polite and willing to help ☺️ Not a bad hotel at all, worth a stay if you like being on East side of the city

Only 1 elevator worked for half of the stay making for long wait times to get in and out of the hotel. It was a great location though so even with that inconvenience we would stay here again.
