Great location in midtown Manhattan. Easy walkable access to most tourist sites. Close to a subway station. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was decent, thought ususally crowded. Only complaint . . . the elevators are VERY slow.

Staff is friendly, professional and kind. Property was well kept and clean. House keeping was attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good. Our floor was pretty much quiet except for someone constantly slamming their door. Justine the assistant front desk manager was kind to help my son and I with an extended checkout due to my sons flight leaving late then being canceled unexpectedly. Luv this place! Will be staying for a 3rd time when I return to NYC.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is close to subway and walking distance to time square. The bar was way overpriced. There are convenience stores close by to buy beer wine or spirits.

The hotel was ok. The location was fine. The staff were friendly and polite and the room was spacious. I found the smell of the hotel overpowering. It appeared to be some sort of cleaning fluid to mask the drains. It must be industrial strength and used as if it was going out of fashion. Breakfast was ok but lacked healthier options. Also I am very conscious of the environment but eating off paper plates at breakfast with plastic knives and forks that wobble does not deserve a rating of 10. The amount of rubbish that was not placed in the recycling bin I wonder how environmentally friendly this attempt really is. Carpets were worn in places and needed replacing. Compared to The Pearl Hotel which I stayed in last year The Fairfield inn and suites comes up a little short. All in all the hotel is absolutely fine if you are looking for somewhere that is ok. It is not a luxury hotel , but then again I don't think it pretends to be. I would rate 7/10

Good location close to subway and heels square. Lots of dining options and easy walk to Times Square if not taking subway. Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Only negative was the elevators. Wait time in the mornings. 20 minute wait was typical. However despite that, I would stay here again because of all the positives!!

I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The hotel was modern, clean and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and I slept great in the bed. The location was very convenient as it's walkable into Times Square and the subway is nearby. The breakfast was nothing special, but there was a hot option of eggs, sausage and potatoes every morning as well as cold options to suit everyone. All in all, good options for a 'free breakfast'. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel.
