Staff were excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful!!! From Ola upon checking in , to the man who stored and retrieved our luggage, to Norda at the elevator(so very kind) and others ! Well done Embassy Suites! Rooms clean, though at times noisy relative to other guests, and Times Square sounds. Downside was the elevator wait time! Ugh! We enjoyed our stay! ( Relatives loved the $30 room credit, and happy hour drinks and snacks)

The room provided great space for a grandmother traveling with her 19 yr granddaughter and friend. Separate areas/tvs gave all the distance needed. The staff was lovely, kind and personable. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Internet service was good. The breakfast was nice I did like the option of customizing the eggs. But some items could use improving especially with the pancakes and the potatoes. A waffle maker would be a nice addition and smaller cuts of potatoes.
