Front desk staff was very helpful. Shower needed remodeling. DISH TV didn’t have a strong signal, it stopped working during the rainstorms - no streaming options were available. The onsite market was always out of options when I visited -the coffee machine(lattes,espresso etc) wasn’t working either.

We enjoyed our stay at EVEN hotel! Check in was really easy & the front desk staff was accommodating when I needed to change my room type! Housekeeping was great and were a phone call away however, the rooms/bathrooms could just use a really deep cleaning! The breakfast inclusion was totally worth price and the food was very good! I recommend the oatmeal or egg/turkey sausage on brioche bread! They also have a really nice workout facility! Now my main complaint was the parking! We paid almost as much as we did for the room for the parking garage which was absurd! The parking options are limited and there aren’t clear instructions on how to secure parking prior to arrival. So be prepared for that expense! Other than that, the hotel was in a convenient location, walkable to local eateries and stores! If not DoorDash and instacart are readily available! I’d stay here again!
