It was actually pretty good, the staff is very good and friendly. The installations were good. The air conditioner on our room didn’t work, it was cold though so it didn’t matter much to me but it is something important to say.

When we checked in to our first room the AC malfunctioned, we coudln’t heat up the room. Called maintanance 3 times till it stopped working for good. Hotel offered us a new room how lovely you would think. After checking into the new room the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Rooms are not soundproof so you can literally hear your neighbour coughing like it is next to your ear. The AC is making constant machine like noise even if its turned off. The best part was that even in the new room that we were given AC stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to be in the freezing cold room. Tried calling the front desk to at least send someone to come check it out but who would have thought that the phone also won’t work. Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for the price. This is a 4 star hotel but clearly it means nothing. Idk where those stars are coming from. Only good things I can say about the hotel are location and the rooftop bar.

The housekeeping doing my room is amazing , the concierge also amazing , the front desk also very helpful, but the transport to airport i didnt expect to pick up other guesses from like 4/5 other hotels before JFK . Love the cookies and the mineral water.

This hotel has a great locations for the shows. The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel does need some renos. Some of the plugs didn’t work. Bed has hard. An a few loose things like tiles and the elevator wall panel in one of the elevators
