A nice little place, from my room I could see half of the Empire State building. Beautiful at night all lit up. But one of the two elevators broke and it was down for two days. Not a good feeling only having one elevator working on the 21st floor.. The staff is fantastic! I definitely go back. The location is pretty good as well. Parking garage on the next street up and basically across the street. Heavy NYPD presence. Bravo Pizza a block away had very good pizza. There’s also a Starbucks 2 blocks away in a McDonald’s a block away. The room was in very good quality despite being small, which is typical in New York.

The room was clean and included a mini fridge and coffee-maker, as well as a bar and dining option in the hotel. The cleaning staff was courteous and helpful. The toilet ran the whole time, but I just kept the bathroom door closed. The main issue during my stay was the fact that both elevators (which are quite small) did not work properly during my 4 night stay. At one point I had to walk down 20 flights (thankfully not up!) to simply exit the building, because they were both not working. I don't know how they accommodated people with mobility issues. The staff had to help people out of the stuck elevators at least once. I would not want to risk getting stuck in the elevator during another stay.

The staff was very accommodating. They were nice and helpful. Our stay was great, but the only negative thing was the elevators were not working properly. At least one of the elevators was down every day of our four day stay, which was pretty frustrating, but I you have patience and not in a hurry to be anywhere it is fine.

Very close to Penn Station. Room was clean, staff was nice and we got free hot chocolate chip cookies upon check in! Also have a nice area to sit outside the hotel.

Terrible hotel. Literally stay anywhere else. Elevators are always broken so you have to take the stairs up and down 24 floors. Front desk is rude and won’t relocate you to a lower floor even if you can’t climb all those stairs. I reserved a king bed and got a double bed. Hotel is noisy and all you hear are doors slamming. Do not recommend at all.

The hotel staff are relatively friendly and welcoming, and the rooms themselves regularly cleaned to a good standard. However, the hotel facilities are extremely poor. The elevators broke every day of my week long visit, and the decor and furnishings are dated. The hotel is adequately managed, but the ownership have not invested in the property and it shows as everything is crumbling. I would question whether it is appropriate, let alone safe, to keep the hotel open to guests when the lifts are not functional (the hotel has 26 floors!).

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly. Unfortunately upon our arrival one of the two elevators was broken and we had to wait for some time to go upstairs. The next day the other elevator was broken and we had to walk up multiple flights of stairs. We were finally able to get on at a higher level only to experience “tower of terror”. The elevator dropped twice between floors. We then had to walk down 10 flights of stairs carrying luggage.

The hotel overall is good but the elevator is a major problem. They only have 2 elevators and that caused major wait time anytime you need to leave your room. During my stay one of the elevators broke down and we had to wait for 30 minutes to be able to use the one functional elevator. Then the day of my checkout the other elevator broke down and we had to use the stairs ( this is 28 floors building) they need to keep the elevators in good shape !

The first day we arrived one of the two elevators in the building Was not working. This is a 27 floor building and it took an extended amount of time to get up and down to our 20th floor room. The next day that elevator was repaired and the other one quit working.
