Great little apartment!
My husband and I stayed here with two friends (two couples total) and we had a great time! The apartment is small but not painfully so. There are two good sized bedrooms and beds that fit two people each and a living room we could all hang out in. The kitchen had what we needed to make a simple breakfast or snacks. The bathroom is quite tiny but for the price and in a great location of New York, it was well worth it to us. There were good pubs, breakfast places, theatres and access to the subway very close by. The host was very communicative and responsive and was very flexible on our arrival times. All in all, a great place and I'd look into it again the next time we come back to the city!

Perfect spot for a break in NYC
My sister and I had a fantastic short break. Eliana did a great job of communicating with me prior to and during our trip. She went out of her way to accommodate our arrival times and generously let us leave our luggage on our last day. The apartment is in a great spot in midtown. Although the street was relatively quiet for Manhattan there was some noise at night. However, Eliana provided earplugs which helped a lot. I also used white noise and slept surprisingly well.The apartment is a short walk from Broadway and would be perfect for theatre lovers. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely host, great location, clean and comfortable. As others have said, the bathroom is small and it's a little noisy, but that's part of the NYC experience! We would gladly stay there again. We loved being in the action of the city.

Small but nice
The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Eliana was very proactive with her communications and we didn't have any issues. The apartment was small but accommodated the five of us just fine. It is a warm apartment, but there were fans and air conditioners available so people who are hot or cold will do just fine. The location was perfect!! We walked nearly everywhere and the food options nearby were amazing!

Everything as described. Communication with host was effortless. Felt like a local in a NY apartment - can’t say enough about the location. Safe neighborhood. Near schools, playgrounds and Time Square. We even walked to Central Park. Wonderful weekend!

Great location! This condo is located was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was an easy walk to many great attractions. The space is as described small 2 bedroom with a small bathroom. It was clean and well maintained. The shower pressure was amazing. Some street noise but nothing that wasn’t tolerable with a sound machine.

The host was very attentive! The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. The air conditioners worked great. Very cozy. Relatively short walks to so many things. If you are a larger person...the bathroom is tight but was very nice and clean.

Fab weather, Good host, property set in good location. Although earplugs provided night noise in front bedroom from road and neighbours was bad. Property In need of some general maintenance (light bulbs). Sofa bed in lounge poor state. Shower room is very small made it very challenging to use. Unfortunately for us the washing machine was not working. We had some unwanted visitors, which the host dealt with promptly.

Nice spot in Hells Kitchen
We really enjoyed the location of this place, there are a lot of good places to eat and local bars in the area. Good access to the subway and walking distance to Times Square. Check in and out was easy and communication was good. The restroom size was pretty small and somewhat difficult for a large guy like me, but we knew that prior to booking and made it work. The bedrooms and living area were decent size, much better than staying in a hotel. We would book this place again.

Lovely space, close to city center
Very nice and clean space, lovely hosts, and close to the city center. Unfortunately, because the AC is a window unit, the window wasn't close all the way and it was too loud for me to sleep through the night. I would definitely recommend this space in the cooler months, or for anyone who's used to city noises.

Wonderful host, location, and space!
This is a lovely little apartment in a vibrant location. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood - the small markets and delis were fantastic - and we felt very safe walking the nearby streets.We took advantage of subway access only blocks from the doorstep to visit the many sites across NYC and Brooklyn. And, the host was wonderful! Highly recommend!
