The hotel was the perfect location with easy access to the subway, taxi at Madison Square Garden, and walking around the Chelsea area. The room was great. The gentleman at the coffee bar downstairs super nice as well as housekeeping. Thank you for a great New York experience.

The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. For NY it was decently sized. The lobby was undergoing renovation when we were there. There’s a nice seating area outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood I’d describe more as Penn Station than Chelsea, but location worked for us- very walkable, felt pretty safe as there are always a lot of people on the streets. Would definitely stay there again!

Typical of a NYC hotel, in that the room is very small and tight. Nothing really to speak of as far as amenities are concerned. Location was convenient for getting around thanks to proximity to Penn Station.
