The phone number that is listed in expedia is not correct, we tried contacting the hotel for reservation adjustments and date changes. Unfortunately no one was able to make the change. If i cannot make changes or communicate with the hotel it makes me uncomfortable.

The staff were so nice. They acknowledged me every single time I walked by the lobby. When I first arrived they let me check in hours before check in. This was greatly appreciated as I had a very early flight and I was tired.

This is my "go to" hotel for visiting family in Brooklyn. The subway is right across the street, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, updated, and has a lovely patio to enjoy the views and fresh air. The refillable water bottle station is a huge plus!

This hotel could not be in a better location - just steps from Grand Central and walkable to most spots in the midtown area. The room was great - terrific bed, lighting, plugs, and the small table. The bathroom was small but well designed; also loved the lighting in it. And the rooftop lounge was fantastic - just wish the guy who checked me in on Thursday night had mentioned it! And i was not the only one who hadn't been told it existed. This speaks to the uneven training of the staff. The day guy, Mark, was terrific and helpful. Some of the others, not so much ... and please, let them know that vacationers do not want to hear the staff's personal sob stories!! Soooo no appropriate.

A weekend in New York
Staff was very friendly and responsive. Offered us an early check in room. Room is tight with a king bed. View from roof and top floor is a nice place to relax. coffee and tea and water are available. Location is convenient to grand central station and even walkable to broadway shows. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.
