The room was very quirky and small but did the trick. The staff were fabulous!! The elevator was dirty and our room certainly could use some live. The tile in the bathroom was peeling up however the shower was fabulous. This property has great potential but needs TLC. Also not very soundproof.

Rooms were dated, no working wifi, "luxury" room was like a bunker surrounded with walls. Had to go to another hotel just to work with wifi. Paid $1600 and was offered $50 for inconvenience. Breakfast was terrible, semi frozen croissants. No response from managers when I told them of problems. One elevator was down and wait time for elevator was extreme. Used stairs but trash stored in stairwells. Will never stay there again.
