Small rooms pack a big punch
The rooms are tiny. Like really small. But the use of space was incredible. I wouldn’t want to stay a week here but for a few nights it was great. Room and hotel were both very clean. Rooftop bar was really cozy and had good views. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place
First time staying here but will certainly be back. Easy self checkin, live the iPods in room to control everything. Very clean and quiet. Super friendly staff in the Living Room. Great location too..!

Only “complaints” were the view from the room and inability to set closed captions on the tv. I picked a high floor with good view and I had a midlevel floor with no view

Wonderful Stay!
Loved our stay here. Excellent location especially if you're seeing a show. The aesthetic, cleanliness, service, food/drink options, etc. -- the details are all well thought out. Though the room is small (it is NYC, after all), it is optimally designed to make the most of the space. The lighting and sound options in the room were very cool, and we barely heard any street noise even though we were on the 2nd floor. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. It'll be a go-to in the future.

Love this hotel. Stay here all the time. Breakfast and morning staff are great. Rooms are unique and comfortable. Always have an issue with the front desk when I check out. They can never give me a receipt for my expenses. I don't understand why it's so complicated, but it needs to be fixed. I comes off to me that this is unknowledgeable or lazy staff!

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Found a water leak in my room and the staff changed me to another room immediately. The size of the room was quite small, but overall this was a great experience.

There was some construction going on outside, but once you entered the doors, none of that was noticeable due to the friendly staff, eccentric decor & just all around amazing travelers. This is our 2nd time here & 2nd anniversary stay. I love being far from the heavy influx of tourists, yet closer to Brooklyn & China town area. There is just something special about this place.

Room cleaning service instruction is unclear. It was not set up appropriately on the in room iPad. Half of the time of my stay (5 days) needs to call front desk for towels/ trash disposal. Not to mention an ongoing fire drill at 5 AM, turn out to be a false alarm. Overall, staff smile & support are excellent

Stayed at a few Citizen M properties in the past, this NYC Times Square was lacking a bit compared to Seattle and Amsterdam. Found Mold in the shower, sink didn’t drain well, mediocre quality breakfast buffet choices. Good location to Times Square, NYC Subway system, Broadway shows and more. Staff were great, rooms were comfortable. Just lacking on the details in room and with breakfast.
