The wifi didn't work for 4 of the 5 days we were there. The water was shut off in our room without warning for maintenance, so we couldn't brush our teeth, shower or flush our toilet. The beds are pretty hard. There is only 1 pillow per person on the beds, a few more like other hotels would be nice. Lobby, restaurant and hallways are kept clean. Good walkability, 20 blocks from Times Square, Chelsea District, MSG etc. Staff are pretty friendly. Location definitely brings up the score.

Staff was nice and we walked a lot of places. Water pressure was good. However, beds were really hard, pillows were flat, toilet paper AND towels were like sandpaper. We had them call us taxis and they failed to tell us they only took cash.

The Hotel is in a great location for MSG and other attractions. The rooms were basic, the bed was a little on the hard side if you like it that way, not so much for us. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. A very busy location so there will be noise pretty late into the night.

Front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags off early. The area is great so much to do/eat and a quick walk to all the famous sites. The free coffee, bagels and muffins were a really nice touch. The rooms are small and dated but it was clean and the mattress was very comfortable!
