Great location, on-street parking & front desk service!
Great location, a few considerations: only one elevator was in operation at the time but it wasn't an issue, you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. We loved the free on-street parking, however I car was moved by the NYPD with no advance notice, it was moved 2 blocks away and took a couple of phone calls to NYPD to locate it (no fault of the landlord and no costs incurred). It was a cost effective solutions for us and our son/girlfriend. Would consider it again.

Very nice suite in a quiet old historic building. Loved the location. So close to everything in Manhattan. It was clean with beautiful decor. Would definitely stay here again.

NOT a 2 bedroom + 1 living room place
The place is conviniently located. The issue is the listing - it is misrepresented as "2 bedroom" and 1 living room. In reality, it is only a single bedroom and living room. The bed in the living room is basic frame and not comfortable. DO NOT BOOK if you are looking for 2 bedroomed place. VRBO did nothing to compensate and supported the vendor who insisted that the property was correctly listed! When it was completely false.
